Callguard has access to EMPS Layered Voice Analysis 6.5 that detects and measures the emotional content of human speech, captured live or extracted from recorded audio. LVA detects anomalies in brain activity and classifies them in terms of stress, excitement, deception, and varying emotional states, accordingly. The system is also used to direct internal and client investigations of incidents and can conveniently be done telephonically countrywide eliminating the need for contact with examinee.

The EMPS Group applies state-of-the-art biometric technology to deliver a number of world-leading IDM solutions. Criminal record identification is possible by means of portable fingerprint scanners which allow access to the conviction status of an individual in real time.
All of our employees’ criminal records are checked prior to employment. Callguard are able to offer these services to their clients and are able to conduct ITC credit checks for pre-employment and investigative purposes.
